My practice combines depth psychology, spirituality, dance movement, somatic arts, feng shui, and reiki to integrate both cognitive and intuitive approaches for transformative change.
Holding a BA in Anthropology, a PGCE in Dance, and an MA in Somatic Arts Psychotherapy, I have a profound reverence for the divine feminine, a deep connection with the natural world, and an enduring passion for the sea.
