You don’t need to be artistic to create an IVB. Nor do you need to know what your goals are in advance as you would with a more traditional vision board. That’s goal-setting not visioning.
The preparatory exercises I lead you through are important to engender the right mindset before you create the IVB itself while my supervision throughout will ensure you stay in the zone and prevent your rational mind from taking over.
